Born and raised in Brazil, Guil Moura moved to the U.S. after finishing his Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Business Management. Guil was accepted to attend the Disney Cultural Exchange Program in 2009. He also attended the Hospitality and Management Certificate Program at University of Central Florida.

After successfully graduating from the Disney program and UCF, Guil soon joined the Higher Education workforce and was able to build a successful 6 year career as an administrator & faculty member for Darton State, Albany State University and Jefferson Community College. His passion for coaching students, managing Social Media accounts, improving time management skills, and Process Improvement brought him to join the team of Stewbos Hospitality Group and Do Process USA. 

As a Social Media Manager, and Process Consultant Guil was able to improve and develop his method to assist people and organizations on how to be more productive, organized, and happy at work!
